It was obvious from the start that the team ‘know their stuff’

Steve and his lads spent a month doing a job at our house in Bridgnorth while I was working abroad. This requires a great deal of trust and they lived up to expectations. Due to water damage, the downstairs cloakroom and upstairs shower room required more attention (this is somewhat euphemistic) than expected; even so, the team cracked on with the job, overcame the problem, and finalised the job before my family and I returned. It was obvious from the start that the team ‘know their stuff’: the job required plumbing, electrical, joist, flooring and roof work – all of which they were perfectly able to accommodate. Upon entering the premises after an extended period away, I was able to release a sigh of relief.
