Steve and his lads spent a month doing a job at our house in Bridgnorth while I was working abroad. This requires a great deal of trust and they lived up to expectations. Due to water damage, the downstairs cloakroom and upstairs shower room required more attention (this is somewhat euphemistic) than expected; even so, the team cracked on with the job, overcame the problem, and finalised the job before my family and I returned. It was obvious from the start that the team 'know their stuff': the job required plumbing, electrical, joist, flooring and roof work - all of which they were perfectly able to accommodate. Upon entering the premises after an extended period away, I was able to release a sigh of relief.

When we decided to have our bedroom completely redesigned and refitted, we had no hesitation in going back to Bridgnorth Kitchen & Bathrooms.  They had already created our perfect kitchen, so we knew we were in good hands.  The design process considered our needs today and in the future.  The selection of finishes and fittings was excellent and of the highest quality.  The fitting of the bedroom caused us minimal disruption and the result is just brilliant.  The space is optimised, the finish is beautiful from the cabinetmaking to the decorating.  With aftercare you can rely on, we would never go anywhere else.

We chose Steve, Denise and the Bridgnorth Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms team to replace our 36 yr old kitchen/utility area, lay matching flooring through to the dining room and to design and install a fitted wardrobe in our attic bedroom. The entire process from start to finish was a joy. Huge thanks to Steve, who without his design advice and recommendations, we´d be in a right mess. Mark, our installer, has been a pleasure to have around and we are immensely grateful for his efforts and incredible attention to detail in all he has done for us. They even advised us on how we could fix a problem we had with our bathroom ourselves, and it worked! We appointed Steve and his team to build us a new "wet room" complete with Toilet and wash­ hand basin. Our home is a grade two listed Georgian Town House situated in a conservation area in High Town Bridgnorth. We have always taken great care with our choice of service providers and contractors so we did investigate this company quite well. That being said, both my wife and I are totally blown away with the finished result, it is quite simply magnificent, greatly exceeding our expectations. The conduct and good housekeeping of the guys doing the works was also exceptional. I consider myself difficult to please and impress ....... well this company did both. I have no hesitation in recommending Bridgnorth Kitchens & Bathrooms, a template of how a small company should perform.

I cannot recommend Bridgnorth Kitchens and Bathrooms highly enough. We had our kitchen completely gutted and they took care of everything from the plastering and electrics to the kitchen itself. We had our own ideas but instead of just turning up and giving us a quote, Steve took the time to go through it all with us and, using his years of experience, helped create a spectacular yet wholly practical kitchen. Everything has been finished to perfection and any problems that were encountered during installation were overcome with a minimum of fuss and hassle. We would not even consider using any other company in the future.
